Sunday, September 13, the Fifteenth Sunday After Pentecost

Dear Friends,

Fr. Bret is on vacation and is inviting us to visit another church. You can visit the Diocesan website here for links.

We will still have a presence today in a short hymn sing led by Mark Nelson, music director at 11:30 via Zoom by clicking here. This will last about a half hour and will be followed by a "coffee hour." Mark will be on from 11 am for any extra help you might need or for links for printing several hymns not found in the hymnal. More details are below.

For visiting other places you will note that there are 3 main options, the first is how we've been doing it, with a prerecorded service that is often available first thing in the morning. One can view it at their leisure. Another option is to visit a church that is live streaming such as Washington National Cathedral. This is where you can see a service directly at the same time its happening. These are often available shortly after they have been broadcast on a link to watch anytime. Mark likes to visit local places such as Ascension, Ipswich or St. Michael's, Marblehead or further afield such as Exeter Cathedral where they now have choral music sung! The third style of streaming is via Zoom where you'll have a chance to be seen, and hopefully greeted as a guest. If you choose one of these, your best bet is to download Zoom before you enter. Because there is a time delay one nearly always participates by staying mute and making the responses and singing.

Rick Britton enthusiastically attends area churches after worshiping with us most weeks and especially recommends All Saints', Danvers and St. John's in Holbrook

Mark Nelson is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
