Sunday, March 13, Second Sunday in Lent

O God, whose glory it is always to have mercy: Be gracious to all who have gone astray from your ways, and bring them again with penitent hearts and steadfast faith to embrace and hold fast the unchangeable truth of your Word, Jesus Christ your Son; who with you and the Holy Spirit lives and reigns, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Sunday, March 13 is the Second Sunday in Lent. Download the worship booklet here.

Worship Options: We will continue to worship in one service of Eucharist at 9:30 am until Palm Sunday, open to in-person worshippers and also livestreamed on Facebook. The YouTube link for the service and written sermon will be sent out on Tuesday. Coffee hour is currently suspended.

If you are worshipping virtually: You can request for blessed communion wafers to be mailed to you or to pick them up at the office. Email Marge or call the office at 978-283-1708. If you are worshipping in person: We ask that you wear a mask at all times in the building (we strongly recommend N95, KN95 or surgical masks) and keep your distance from others. Air purifiers will be running during the service. There is no coffee hour following worship.

If you want to join the Zoom coffee hour at 12:30, please email the Parish Administrator for the information.

DO YOU WANT TO FAST THIS LENT? (in the words of Pope Francis)

Fast from hurting words and say kind words.

Fast from sadness and be filled with gratitude.

Fast from anger and be filled with patience.

Fast from pessimism and be filled with hope.

Fast from worries and have trust in GOD

Fast from complaints and contemplate simplicity.

Fast from pressures and be prayerful.

Fast from bitterness and fill your hearts with joy.

Fast from selfishness and be compassionate to others.

Fast from grudges and be reconciled.

Fast from words and be silent so you can listen.
