Notes from the February meeting of the Vestry

  In February, the Vestry...
• Welcomed the new members.
• Determined the need for a meeting to set fund raising priorities for 2010. Jim Labelle will
organize that meeting.
• Jonathan Pope reported for the Community Development Committee that the architectural
firm of Jonathan Poore and Associates has been selected to do the Phase 1 design portion of
our exploration the use of our properties. This is funded under the grant from Episcopal City
Mission.
• Urge people to consider attending the Diocesan Resource Day on March 6th. Information at
diomass.org. Interested folks should contact Laurie Brown.
• The Vestry received copies of the Vestry Resource Guide published by the Episcopal Church
Foundation.
