In the New Year: Soup and Study

 
In the New Year, St. John's will begin a series of activities to educate and inspire us to do our part to alleviate extreme poverty around the globe, as a follow up to our study of the Millenium Development Goals last year. Please join us in late January  for "Soup and Study", a potluck supper and book discussion. We will discuss the book, What Can One Person Do: Faith to Heal a Broken World. A copy of the book is attached to the newly updated Outreach bulletin board in Parish Hall I. You can order the book from local or on-line bookstores or directly from the publisher, Church Publishing.
