Hospice seeks volunteers

AseraCare Hospice is seeking volunteers to provide supportive care to hospice patients and their caregivers who are facing a life-limiting illness. Volunteers are invited to participate in a comprehensive training program beginning on Monday, June 7, and will be offered at Golden Living Center, Gloucester, 272 Washington St., Gloucester. Following completion of the training, volunteers will be assigned to care for hospice patients and families in the Gloucester area and will be offered ongoing training and support, as well as educational programs for specialized volunteer roles.
