How to contact us

For those of you wondering about the most effective way to broadcast information to the Parish - especially when you wish to communicate important details: Write it up in an e-mail. Include subject, place, date, time and contact person at minimum.

Send to Marge at st.johns.assist@earthlink.net by WEDNESDAY 10:00 am for inclusion in the Sunday Bulletin, the FYI and the parish web site.

MOST IMPORTANT - IF the event involves use of the Parish facilities in any way make sure to ALWAYS first check with Marge about date availability on the calendar. (The calendar is also posted each week for all to see on the FYI). If the date is available you will then want to obtain approval of the Rector before making an announcement.

DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SHARE? Consider 1-2 paragraphs of commentary about:

• Faith
• Hunger
• Program
• Journey

Send this to Marge to be considered for inclusion in the FYI where there's unlimited space. (N.B. subject to editing!) Personal stories, reflections are especially encouraged.
